More than 19 crore people in India face struggle to get proper meals. With 21% of the population undernourished, nearly 44% of under-5 children underweight and 7% of them dying before they reach five years, hunger is a major issue in our country.
Education is a tool which empowers people with knowledge, skill and awareness, thereby enabling them to know their rights and duties toward their family, society as well as the nation. It also felicitates in the expansion of vision with which the individual views the world. Moreover, it develops the competences to recognize and raise a voice against injustice, violence, corruption and many grave issues that plague society.
